poor penmanship

The flowers were not as the picture on the website, but I am not too concerned about that as she loved the flowers regardless. My biggest disappointment was the card that I personalized to go with the flowers. You would think Netflorist would hire a person with a decent handwriting to write these cards or produce the writing digitally as I have seen in some instances. I was shocked when I saw the card was written as if the penman used their foot to script the words. The message on the card was something that even Shakespeare could not duplicate, but it was dampened by the that writing style, it's like they gave my card to a kindergarten child to practise their alphabets. I am deeply offended by this and would not like this to be repeated. I am a fan of Netflorist and would like to continue sending flowers to my babygirl through them, but the handwriting issue has to be fixed asseblief danko
