Poor Netflorist Service

Was extremely annoyed and disappointed with the service from Netflorist. I ordered flowers for same day delivery on Saturday morning (1 October). It was my Aunts birthday and I specifically ordered something that could be delivered that day. It was collected by driver at about 12:30pm for delivery. They only delivered the following day. I used the online chat again Sunday morning to find out what was going on. When i EVENTUALLY got a response the whole interaction with the person "assisting" was poor to say the least. No apology for the disappointment or inconvenience. Nothing. They said they could not get hold of the recipient on Saturday yet no call or message was received or missed by my aunt. And there was someone home to receive the flowers anyway so I'm not even sure they were there. I asked the person what time they tried to call her and she/he said they would find out and let me know. Till now no response. I had stipulated the process online said they would message or call recipient and then call the purchaser if they can't get hold of recipient but I received no call either. Apparently the driver only had the recipients number despite my details being on their system. Just all round shoddy service and a complete waste receiving birthday flowers the next day. If I had known I would have used someone else or just bought flowers and delivered myself the Sunday as I was unable to go the Saturday. Would have saved money that way too. I don't even know the condition it was received in being it hadn't been delivered the day it was collected from the warehouse. Just honestly appalled at the service.
