Poor NetFlorist!

So, I ordered a valentine online that confirmed delivery will be on the 14th. Around 3pm the order wasn't delivered so I tried calling NetFlorist to hear whats going on. No-one answered the phones the whole afternoon.

On the 15th, at 2pm there was still no delivery. I tried calling again, and again, and again. After ringing for over 10 minutes I finally managed to speak to someone. She told me to hold on while she tries to reach the driver. I again held on for 10 minutes, then got cut off !!!!! #^$%^

Never again will I order from you NetFlorist.
