Poor feedback resulting in NO DELIVERY

It is really disappointing that Netflorist has once again messed up with our order.<br> I have requested that I have a delivery for my dad on Father's Day (Product Code: RA2943) and it did not happen. Now that there was an IT issue on Netflorist side, it has become my problem that my dad did not receive his gift. It seem that Netflorist get some kind of sick joy messing up peoples orders as first it was with my wife on Mother's Day and now me for Father's Day.<br> There is NO customer service ethics.<br> I would appreciate that this matter is resolved immediately.<br>
