Poor experience

Experience has been terrible so far, recipient still does not have the gift and I doubt it will even be sent today

Order placed on the 28th for same day delivery, I did not know they had a pre 1 o clock delivery option so that’s on me, I called and asked to reschedule for the 29th to hopefully get it to the business in the morning. At 16:30 on the 29th they then call the RECIPIENT for some reason telling them that they just can’t make it that day and need to reschedule. Have to get on the phone to arrange a reschedule to a residential address for the next day. Today is that day, check the website and tracking details, the thing is still just in order placed status even though it should be out for delivery already.

Paid huge amounts hoping for just decent service, very poor experience. Rather get an Uber driver to buy some roses for you and send it to your recipient next time, cheaper and easier
