Poor delivery time

Placed an order Wednesday for delivery today. My partners birthday today. It's almost 5pm and still no delivery. I was told around 11am by a chat agent that it was en route but they could not guarantee a delivery by 3pm for me. I then received an automated whatsapp update from netflorist to say they finishing off the touches and it will be on its way. So whose truthful there. Hmmm. Then I get told theh deliver until 8pm. Now my biggest what the hell with this delivery time frame is that netflorist is an occasion ordering platform. And quite pricey who in their right mind is ok with approving delivery time until 8pm. A person's celebration is winding down or people are going from dinner. I will never use them again sorry not sorry.
