Poor delivery service Netflorist

I placed an order on the morning of someone's birthday and 7 hours later phoned to ask where the order was. After informing them that the business was closing, but that the security guard would accept the delivery - VERY DISAPPOINTED that this was not delivered on the day it was meant to be delivered. It is 24 hours later and the delivery has still not been made. This spoils the idea of surprising someone on their special day as I had to contact her to ask whether she has received anything. This is not the first time that Netflorist has let me down with delivery on the same day. A delivery to Kraaifontein was also only delivered the next day. It would help if Netflorist would contact us to advise that the delivery cannot be made on the same day. I will certainly not make use of Netflorist again and would love to cancel this order totally.
