Poor delivery service

Order not delivered as per the policies on the website. The delivery guy ran late and the company closed leaving the birthday girl without a gift on the day. Called to complain and was told by Belicia I’ll be called back in 30 mins till now no call has been received from the manager Wendel Adams. Called again at 11:35 and the complaint was again escalated to another manager by Joshua but still no call. I requested on my first call at 10 the delivery be cancelled and guess what nothing done till now. Now I must wait 10 days for my money back. Poorest of the poor service. I expect my refund and feedback by tomorrow.
