Poor delivery service

I placed an order for the delivery of 13th November 2022 Got communication to expect delivery between 08:00am - 07:00pm this Morning. Only to be called and told I can't receive the package on the date because the lady who sends out drivers had already gone home when the order was placed. So now she can't deliver because my area is not serviced on Sunday. While the delivery date on the app and the whatsapp confirmed delivery for today. I will never buy anything from you guys. You promise more than you can deliver. Communication between orders and delivery is nonexistent. You guys false advertising delivery dates. I will never buy anything from you. First time buyer and last time.
