Poor delivery service

I'm very disappointed with service received from Netflorist. Driver pitched my premises and security failed to contact me as they did not follow protocol. I have taken this up with the security company. However the delivery driver did not call me to confirm if i was home, which i was. The driver then left and the delivery which needed to be delivered today as it is my wife's Birthday today, was not received. This is poor service. My entire family uses Netflorist. They were all disappointed by this service.
