Poor delivery service

Their delivery service it's very poor, I had to ruine a surprise since the person I bought the gift to was supposed to receive her gift before she knocks off at 17h30 but no they were still not there, I don't understand why charge us R90 for delivery when they can't get there on time and no communication. I will never order from netflorist.
