Poor Delivery Service

<p>For a company that has built a business on delivering gift for birthdays, wedding, anniversaries and important days, you cannot miss the important day. I have had two 80th birthday gifts ordered well in advance missing the date. I have cancelled the second order and also cancelled an order for next week as I cannot risk poor service again. I will not use Netflorist again.</p>
