Poor delivery service.

The service is really poor, placed an order on Monday already for today and the tracking today still shows as preparing. I placed an order as a suprise for someone but they're not going to be getting it as a suprise. Needed this delivered in the morning but no one seems to want to help.

Won't be using Netflorist ever again, rather pay someone the delivery fee to buy the items and deliver it for me.
