Poor delivery. Disappointing service

It is so unfortunate that Netflorist indicates same day delivery. When you call them they indicate that the gift is being dispatched, day after day it’s the same story. My gift was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of December, on the 10th of December it still hasn’t been delivered.
