Poor delivery. Big Disappointment

I do know why I had not used Netflorist in a while. The same day delivery option is something you should not advertise if you cannot deliver within the working hours. My gift was intended as a surprise to my sister who had just started her new job. It arrived at 7.30pm. Totally defeated the whole effect. Really disappointed.
