Poor Customer Service - Totally different order delivery and days late

Horrible experience. This could see me looking for a competitor.

Ordered 24 Red roses and on the 11th for delivery the 12th April. Got feedback thay there will be red roses the 13th. Queried on the 15th and was still not delivered.

They then can only deliver a bunch of colourful flowers with with 4 roses in (none were red).
