POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTDATED SYSTEMS AND APPALLING BUSINESS OPERATIONS

After having come across so many bad reviews on Net florist, I can officially say they are all true. Two days ago after years of spending significant amounts with Net florist I experienced first hand shocking customer experience!! The Most appalling experience I have come across in South Africa.

For a business to be in the eCommerce business and not have your systems and process speak to the core of your business and move with the times is ********. You need to re-evaluate your business and decide whether you will step up or step out and make way for others to flourish cause you are causing South Africa unnecessary stress and frustration.!!!!

I should not have to manually follow up on an order and still have to deal with rude unprofessional call center agents!!!!!

Accessing an eta on my order should be standard practice and such information should be readily available to me!!! For a business that has been around for some years your business process and systems are appalling!!!! I can already tell that getting my refund back will be another full time job in hell!!!!
