Poor customer service and wrong delivery

Firstly, the item was delivered to the incorrect address and incorrect unit number. Secondly the receipent was never notified of the delivery and could not collect or correct this error. And to top it off the customer services did not help to get it rectified. They are useless and follow a script without actually considering the customer.
