POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE DELIVERY TIMES

Place order the day before so it will arrive on time at my fiances work for her birthday. Still has not arrived, even though someone else placed an order at her work today and theirs arrived, mine is still out for delivery, as it has been for the whole day. her business closes at 4pm so its now too late. i call in and get put on hold for 30 mins. hangup and call back to be told its on route and they are within their delivery time. I said i want to cancel the order as she will no longer be there but they tell me i will be liable for delivery and handling fee... even tho there was no delivery or handling of anything. absolutely horrible service and customer service. Will never use them again. Consumer protect here i come.
