Poor Customer Service

Their customer service is pathetic, instead of advertising with Harold please spend some of that money on customer service and care.If an order is placed and paid for with delivery ensure that you follow up with the customer, if the item is not delivered inform the customer and for Gods sake do not take 20 minutes to answer you phones.
