Poor customer service

Just wish their customer service was much better help, that also they could take good notice of emails they send to customers. Placed an order on the 28 then asked for my delivery date to be changed to the 31st since my sister who I was buying the gift for was her birthday on 2nd of September won't be at work to receive the gift, they agreed then sent an email claiming it's out for delivery the second day only to check tracker to find it still with then then it eventually arrived days after and got delivered to some other employe at my sister's work place aii.
