Poor customer service

1 star is to much!!! Dont use this company at all!!! We had a scheduled delivery for a special occasion on Tuesday the 29 November 2022. Up till now Saturday the 3rd Dec nothing happened. We still waiting. This parcel was meant for our engagement. I do phone them every day so far. The 1 who answers always will come back to me with an answer.. so they say.. i dont get a call back at all. Then this morning when i phoned the guy who answers tells me no delivery over week ends? What the ****!!! You were quick to take the freaking money, but not to deliver what is paid for. So i have to be happy with a package that will be ruined by the time they descide to deliver it? I cant be happy with this ****.
