Poor customer service

Placed an order with Netflorist for delivery to Tarlton, Krugersdorp. The Netflorist website says they do deliveries to this area. My order went through and payment went through with no issue whatsoever. I even received an order confirmation email. The flowers never got delivered. No correspondence from Netflorist, so I queried it via email, only to have a call centre person phone me to inform me that they actually do not do deliveries to Tarlton at all!!! I am so irritated, that order should never have been allowed to go through in the first place! Surely, instead of allowing an order and payment to go through, there should be a system in place on that website that detects and prevents orders from going through that are for delivery in areas not serviced? Why did no one from Netflorist phone me to tell me that my order can not be delivered? Why did I have to chase after the order? Poor customer service. Wont recommend this company to anyone
