Poor customer service

I had the worst customer service EVER, my uncle still has not received his gift which was ordered last week Monday, it was due for delivery on Friday the 24th in King Williams Town but was delivered to Port Elizabeth. No one has bothered to call me and inform me what is going on when I attempt to call the staff is playing hide and seek. The staff members are: Mantsepho Dali Lungile Clive Phindile I find it to be CRAZY that 5 people couldn't pick up the phone and inform me what the situation was, this is disgusting .

Please DO NOT purchase anything from these people, their lack of professionalism and incompetence is SHOCKING.

Fast forward to Monday no gift no call.

Store manager you need to do something FAST, acting blind won't help.
