Poor customer service

I placed an order in the morning for same day delivery (wife's birthday). When following up - the call centre directs you to online chat. When asking for details on the courier to follow up, the chat directs you to the call centre. This is simply not helpful. Then the chat closes with no updates on the delivery. By the end of the day, still no delivery! I am shocked by this service.
