Poor customer service

<p>Purchased a hyacinth in a vase, later to be told it is out of stock and the only alternative is a mini orchid. Disappointing service since they did not want to provide any other alternative other than the mini orchid, even though the website still says there is stock of other plants in a vase. The biggest concern is that the value of the orchid was less, however when asked for my order to be replaced with something of higher value, it could not be done. </p> <p>Only worth using Netflorist if urgent delivery is required. </p>
