Poor courier service delivery

I ordered two items on the 23 of February which we’re supposed to be delivered on the 8th of March. I called earlier on the week to confirm if my package was ready for delivery and they assured me that my order was ready. On the day of delivery I called again was assured that delivery was going to take place but it was a definite nightmare no delivery was made. I called the following day to query the matter no one seems to be giving me an answer on what the matter might be. I’m really disappointed with the service I’m never going to consider using the service again because wow 😮 😢😭
