Poor condition of the cake!

Total disappointment!!. I've ordered a cake 2 days prior the delivery only for it to be delivered af 6pm, melted, not appetizing at all!. The condition it was delivered in was not what I saw from the web, the whole thing was just uncomfortable to look at!!
