Poor communication on delivery

One thing I don't like about Netflorist is their delivery times. How can you deliver melted chocolates at 8pm?! And their lack of communication as well. They delivery their own things without advising. If something is out of stock atleast let me know first before bringing whatever you want to bring. I don't think I will ever order from them again, their things are nice but delivery sucks. It's also too expensive, I paid over R250 on delivery. Advise: choose a day before for special occasions.
