POOR COMMUNICATION

I am so unhappy with Netflorist. I ordered a little belated mother's day gift for my wife on Sunday and it was supposed to be delivered to her today. All day I have been waiting for her to call or say that she received the gift but nothing. Only to find out when I call Netflorist now at 5pm, that there was a mix up with their courier companies and they will only deliver tomorrow.

Now I do mind having mix up, such things happen. But what makes me cross is that no one from Netflorist had the decency to call me during the day and let me know that the order will now be delivered tomorrow. Their communication is absolutely poor
