Poor, bad and pathetic service received

Save yourselves from order ANYTHING from this company. I placed an order on Thursday for my item to be delivered the following day (Friday) the item was delivered on Friday (lucky for me). I took the item home since it was a gift to someone and I couldn't open it. When the gift that opened it turned out that it was a wrong order. Phoned these guys on Saturday and I was promised by the guy named Trust whom I had to call numerous time to follow up on the collection and delivering of the correct parcel. This guy told me that my correct parcel will be delivered before 1pm and that they will collect the wrong order somaar. I phoned them again at around 1pm to find out when my order will be delivered, I was told that my delivered has been rescheduled to Tuesday and NOBODY bothered to tell me. Kindly note that I am very unsatified with the service received from Netflorist and you guys spoiled my Mother's Day. I demand my money bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
