Poor attitude and delivery not timeous

I specifically ordered a gift as a 1 month before my wedding date surprise parcel to be sent to my fiance. I understand that Netflorist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but I ordered 48 hours in advance and simply requested that it be delivered before 2pm. Needless to say it is over an hour past this requested due time and the delivery is \still on it's way". This is a pointless exercise now as the recipient will not be available at that address for the remainder of the week. I don't think when you are paying R500 for a product"
