Poor and unprofessional service-PTA

I ordered a gift for same day delivery on the 8 August and the gift was not delivered. The driver kept on saying 10 minutes away till she requested a home address. Waited for delivery and it never arrived. On the 10 August delivery come to residetial address without any sms notification. A different lady driver called that she arrived but didnt arrive at the initial business address, instead she arrived at the residential address.

This is the 1st time i encounter this and i am very much disappointed. Your delivery section is not providing a proper service.
