Poor and Pathetic Service

Today is Mother's day 11 May 2025 and I'm so disappointed at NetFlorist!!!

I ordered from them on the 8th of May 2025, with delivery scheduled on Saturday the 10th of May 2025. I got my wife out of the house just long enough dor them to deliver her Mother's day gift and to keep it a surprise! When the order came it came sealed in a box, and before the delivery driver wanted to leave I insisted on him wsiting so I can check my order. I then discovered the order was not complete. I called there customer service and explained what happened. The agent I spoke to then said they can credit or refund me, so I then told her that I want my order completed as ordered and what I paid for in order to make my wife's Mother's day special! She then told me she will find out what happened and get back to me. After an hour I still didn't hear back from her, so I called back. I then spoke to a different agent and got the same response! Now the bisg Day is here and I couldn't make Mother's day as Special as I wanted too. The Service is Poor and Pathetic! For the expensive prices of the product's you pay for you would expect better service!
