POOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE

I received a call at 16h40 on Thursday 30.04.2015 to be told i had a delivery for me and that driver was running a bit late. i agreed to wait the 20 minutes as advised by the lady. After 40 minutes i called back to be told that the driver was 5 minutes away. i agreed to wait but told the lady that i would have to leave after 5 minutes. the driver did still not arrive. Whilst driving home i received a call from the driver off my collegues phone asking me please to call him on his cellphone to direct me to his house. I advised him i was driving and could not take down his number and that he should take my mobile number from my collegue and call me.<br> 19h30 that evening the driver called me on my mobile to ask if he could have my home address i advised that i was out and could not take the delivery and that he should please redeiliver on Monday.<br> Disgusting service, i waited and waited with no feedback and how does the driver ask me to call him on his mobile and give him directions, this is not acceptable.<br> 12h30 on Monday 04.05.2015 and still no word, when calling the call centre i was told to email the manager.
