Poor

Placed an order on 30 April 2025 for delivery on 2 May 2025.Upon placing order I was required to check the availability of the bouquets prior to the order being accepted.Availability was confirmed but no delivery was made on the specified date.I called on 3 May 2025 and the consultant told me they could not get ahold of the florist that was supposed to facilitate the order and they promised they would revert back to me with feedback on the same day and surprise surprise no feedback was provided.Called again Monday morning on the 5th and still no delivery.

Absolutely disgusting levels of service,certain deliveries are time sensitive and lose their significance once a specific date passes and for a company that supposedly prides themselves in making those special moments even more memorable,this is a concept lost on them.Never doing business with this joke of a company!
