Police had to be called after Netflorist delivered to incorrect person

<p>Time and address arranged with Netflorist online and telephonically. They still delivered to the wrong address.. when we contacted them they took no responsibility!!</p> <p> </p> <p>eventually we had to call the police to go and retrieve the package .. how pathetic can Netflorist be in terms of customer service !! They cannot be a top online company if we cannot trust their delivery service.</p>
