Please Stay Away

Very disappointing. I trusted Netflorist on a very special occasion to make a simple delivery. The most annoying thing - they were out of stock but billed my credit card. Of course they couldn't deliver...then informed me that I van get a voucher to use on other flowers, except the specific flowers I initially chose. If you want a refund...it takes half a month. I feel retarded for using this company. I should have expected this. They take no accountability as well, just regurgitation of their policies. Hopeless!
