Please Refund Me!

Can someone just please shut NetFlorist down already!!! What a disgrace!

Total: R1764.85 Received: nothing that was ordered.

My fiance wanted to send me a special surprise for my birthday and ordered the following items: - Mixed Rose and Protea Bouquet = R 904.00 + R 34.95 (delivery) = R 938.95. (Not sure how they got to that price, seeing that the following prices are on their website: Small R669.96 / Medium R989.95 / Large 1499.95). - La Motte Millenium and Lindt Gift = R 391.00 + R 89.95 (delivery) = R 480.95 (Again, it is R199.95 on the website). - Personalised Sweetie Pie Tray = R 310.00 + R 34.95 (delivery) = R 344.95 (Again, it is R229.95 on the website). - a card carrying a message.

Total: R1764.85

First, I received the wrong bouquet and nothing else. I thanked my finace for the lovely gift, where he told me that is not what was ordered. I phoned NetFlorist and they said they will send the correct bouquet later the same day which I received but definitely not worth the money and it was wrong again.

Pink roses and pink queen protea (the protea magnifica, if I am not mistaken) was ordered. I received purple Protea laurifolia and broken baby roses with loads of skimpy broken green leaves. Nothing about this bouquet was pink. The bouquet that was received looked nothing, not even close, to the pictures online.

The cards came empty as well.

Not only was the order completely wrong but how over priced?! This is absurd! I demand a refund.
