Please keep as advertised message on my gift for someone’s birthday

Well I ordered the chocolate Woden box, I entered under message please keep as advertised mainly because I thought the message box was the front of the box little did I know. I placed the order at 8 pm then today pass 8 I called to clarify that and they told me they had already printed “ please keep as advertised “ like really who would gift someone and chose that as a special message???? I asked this guy consultant of his name was Tshepo or something he told me that but it is explained under product info when I check it it still doesn’t clarify that the message is for the back part of the box. He then also said I should have checked with them before processing now it’s too late mind you they open at 8. We had a back and forth until I gave in. Followed up once again pass ten was helped by this guy who gave me nonsense progress that didn’t make sense. He literally the same as this other one whom I spoke to at pass 1 because he didn’t know what to say I even asked him that he knows that if am unhappy and need answers he needs to put me on hold and follow up with relevant departments so he can give me a detailed update. He was no there’s no other detailed update than the fact that gifts are still in manufacturing. I said give me the manager then he said no manager can’t speak to me as yet because my query it’s not eligible to be escalated. Am very hurt by the service
