PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFLORIST _ I WILL NOT AGAIN IN MY LIFE

If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed. I am from Pretoria and my elderly mom got a hip replacement – she is from Virginia Free State.

I wanted to spoil her because I cannot be with her and that is why I order the FRUIT BASKET. She cannot go and buy fruit etc. she is staying alone.

1. Fruit gift basket It was not the fruit on the picture ( a huge basket with a pineapple; pawpaw; four big apples; 4 pears; bannanas; oranges) – the lots of qumquarts are fruit nobody eats The nartjies (2) were over ripe and soggy The pears (2) were rotten inside!!!!! The apples very very small and the price is not cheap!!!!! 2. The Mixed Carnation were 8 pink and white carnation and NOT THE MIXED CARNATION IN GREEN WRAPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed NetFlorist about it and did not receive a single reply a week ago.
