Placed order at 8h30am not delivered by 4h30pm

I placed an order on the same day by 8h30 and made payment for flowers for my sister on her birthday and for it to be delivered at work. By 4h30 still no flowers have been delivered and its a Friday afternoon i'm sure Netflorist knows most companies are not open after 5 on a Friday afternoon. My first time using and very disappointed in the service. Wont be using again.
