Pink Disappointment

Netflorist dropped the ball on three of my orders (at different times) before I wrote this review. The advertising does not match the products they offer in terms of availability or terms nd conditions on certain promotions, they also deliver items separately which makes them charge more for delivery fees but is inconvenient for the receiver of the gift, lastly, the items listed on the website are sometimes not available and it takes them 1 business day to credit you so you can get another gift or 3 business days to refund you the money.

Every business will always have glitches, common we live on planet Earth, but the redeeming quality and the deal breaker lies in a business's ability to problem solve. Neflorist honestly needs a competitor.
