Photo frames

I would just like to know how you justify the price of 3 frames being R1300 when you can clearly see the quality is extremly cheap. The frames fall apart when handled and the photos are just normal prints done on paper not even proper photo paper, not to mention buying it for mothers day cost R300 more when normal price is R999, so please explain to me why I was overcharged and why the box of Lindt chocolates were also not included in my delivery. Paying R1300 for 3 frames you would expect proper quality and this is NOT what I got. Please tell me how you charge so much for such bad quality. I could have bought better quality at Crazy Store and it would have cost me a fraction of what you charged me. I am extremly dissapointed, Netflorist is supposed to be a top notch company and all you do is overcharge your customers and give them bad quality products.
