Petal Account

Petals are earned when placing an order online. The online service did not allow for any delivery to East London. I phoned the call centre to make them aware of the problem. I was told to place the order through the call centre, which I did, only to realise afterwards that I did not earn a petal, because call centre orders does not allow you to earn petals. I called the call centre once again to give them an opportunity to rectify the matter, but I was told by Pelo that I should accept the matter like their other clients do seeing that there is not always control over IT related issues.
