Personalized gowns

I bought 2 personalized gowns from Netflorist. The gowns are a wedding gift for my brother and his future wife. I ordered matching gowns since it is a wedding gift to a couple. The gowns cost almost R1300 with delivery and I had to go into debt to buy it. Netflorist delivered the two personalized gowns in different colors. When I queried them the best they could do was offer me a R200 voucher... for a gown I have to replace to the value of R599... I do not have the money and I have to say I am incredibly disappointed... my very special gift will now only be kind-of special... ;(
