Personalized Fridge Magnet

I ordered a personalized fridge magnet from Netflorist and the product which I received was bad, my families heads were cut off, there were black spots on there faces and the quality of the pictures printed on the magnet was horrible, I was so disappointed in the product and requested a full refund in which Netflorist decided they will deduct delivery cost, so I have received a ****y product and not at all a full refund......I would not recommend Netflorist ever!!!
