Personalised Christmas chocolates with recipients name as the sender plus spelt wrong on them

I attempted to send a respected couple and longtime friends a gift for Christmas. The gift was a personalised box of chocolates with a photo of my friends on as a young couple on the cover. Netflorist got the names MIXED UP and wrote from the recipients name ON THE BOX! Next to their photo. Not only did they get the name wrong. The spelt it wrong too!! No message. And I had sent one! Also they didn’t tell her it was from the Scott’s as requested they said it’s from a person named YOLANDE! Who is Yolande?!!! What an embarrassing ordeal!!

I’m a frequent customer and I’m FURIOUS! Also when I sent my cousins birthday flowers they had a ‘glitch’ and didn’t send them. Why?? Because their computer had the wrong CENTURY in it fir the delivery date!!!

Really. A bunch not of flowers .. a bunch of CLOWNS
