Personalised "Anniversary" gift over-rides date inputted and enters 2018

Would give minus if I could. Expensive customised item delivered with incorrect date. Got response after emailing twice which said I had put the incorrect date where I clearly hadn't and the system defaulted to 2018. I implore you to not order ANYTHING PERSONALISED, especially the vintage pillow/blanket if you want it to say any year other than 2018. NetFlorist will not reimburse as they believe me to be an idiot so I am left with a totally useless cushion
