Peeved beyond comprehension

I placed an order for a birthday gift for my sibling, and attempted to use the credit they provided me. But when I placed the order they debited the total amount and the credit was not used. I’m so annoyed as I tried to get help from one of their agents, who, by the way confused the hell out of me with the contradictory information she was giving. I gave up trying to resolve this and requested the order be cancelled and for my funds to be refunded, she left the chat and hasn’t responded or acknowledged the cancellation request. So peeved as I was fortunate enough to not have a ****ty experience with them on the many times I have placed orders, well, this was it for me. Ain’t ordering from them again, lessoned learned
